"The Philosophy of Horror event will be Wednesday April 8, 2009 at 6:30pm in Bldg 71 Rm 133 (Japan House).

And what is this special event all about? Well, we are hoping to reunite the
fifteen students who participated in the Philosophy of Horror Seminar to
celebrate your academic excellence and the subject of Horror films!

Dr. Howard originally had this idea along with the Socratic (Philosophy)
Society, and Monika Scott thought if we combined the Honors program and the
Socratic society it could be a lot of fun. So come support both!

This event will be an informal gathering of fifteen Honors students ready to share their expertise on the subject of Horror films. For the occasion we could provide video clips for your chosen film topic. Also,we will have food, drink and more importantly a lively discussion of horror!

For more information, you can contact
